for their heating or hot water system. During these periodic, usually annual inspections, minor faults are detected early on and can be fixed before they become more serious.

- No callout fees charged for weekend, night, or risk in severe weather or storms
- Gutters of up to 30 m in length cleaned professionally each year
- Inspection of your roof by our skilled service engineer on a date of your convenience (includes detailed inspection and condition reports)
- If damage or a necessary repair is identified, non-binding cost estimate with the annual service fee credited if we are commissioned
- Advice on possible options for energy saving, tax breaks or the funding programmes available on each inspection date
- Crediting of the annual service fee if a heat assessment or energy pass is prepared by our own craftsman
*) For detached houses with guttering totalling 30 m in length and up to 1.5 full storeys
